Ran across this cool little website, the Hero Factory, where you can build your own superhero or superheroine. Use the tool to select gender, hair style & color, skin color, accessories, weapons, abilities, etc. Take it seriously or make your hero comical. You can then download it or print it out. Or just start from scratch.

You can download and edit the jpg and make an avatar for your websites, forums, emails, etc. The tool generates a name for your character at the end – some of these are hilarious! Give it a try at work when you’re trying to kill some time before quitting time – it’s fun!
